Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Financial BPO Voice Process Executive. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a stable career in the banking and financial services industry.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to banking, loans, credit cards, and other financial products. Your role will include assisting customers with their queries, explaining financial services, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support. You may also be required to generate leads, follow up with customers, and maintain proper call records in the system.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude towards learning. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Training will be provided to all selected candidates to help them understand the process and improve performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally in a BPO environment

Provide information about financial products and services

Solve customer queries and complaints efficiently

Maintain proper records of calls and customer details

Achieve daily/weekly targets assigned by the team leader

Work in coordination with the support and sales team

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Freshers and experienced both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Shift (as per process)
